Iron Flooring

Our flooring system has 2 layers – Magnet Pad and Magnetic LVT Floor. Apply the Magnetic LVT Floor on top of the Magnet Pad directly.

The benefits of the flooring system:
  • It is easy and quick to install. It can be installed directly over different hard floorings. No preparation of the surface is needed.
  • Resistant to moisture and scratching.
  • Easy for maintenance. Regular sweeping and mopping are enough.
  • Easy to replace. Replace the damaged part without removing the whole floor.
  • Can be reused.
  • No glue, adhesive and nails are needed during installation.
 

Structure of Magnetic Flooring

Magnet Pad:

20m (Length), 610mm (Width) 0.8mm (Thickness) flexible magnet, put it on the concrete surface, no adhesive or nail.

Magnetic LVT floor (Wood Texture):

1220mm (Length), 184.1mm (Width) 3mm (Thickness) LVT floor hot-melt with 3mm ferrous back.

Magnetic LVT floor (Stone Texture):

609.6mm (Length), 457.2mm (Width) 3mm (Thickness) LVT floor hot-melt with 3mm ferrous back.

When your floor have a magnetic Pad already, then put the magnetic receptive floor in the magnetic base directly.
